So in attempt to get things started I purchased Leslie Sansone 5 mile Walking DVD. With my work schedule I don't always have time to physically go somewhere to do exersice but the walking DVD is something that I can put in a few minutes on my break at my desk and get in a good sweat. Today is day two and I have done 2 miles each day. My goal is to do it atleast 3 times a week and add another mile every other week. Hopefully I will surprise myself and go beyond my goal and do the walk 5 or 6 times a week but hey who am I kidding just getting in one is a huge accomplishment and let's be honest I don't need another reason to feel bad about myself.
