Worried about the squirrel today.

I have a friendly squirrel at work that plays all day long outside my window.  Yesterday I noticed him sleeping on his back under the tree which was so adorable. I know he has to be hot in this weather so today I put water out and was going to pickup some food.  He hasn't been by yet which worries me because he is always here every morning.  I hope he is okay!

New Blog Design

So today I decided I wanted something fresh for my blog a new look but it always seems like a struggle to know how to design it and with what elements.  My sister said to me the other day to always have the same logo so when people see it they know it's me.  So my header is all about the logo.  I went with a subtle background so it doesn become to distracting.  Shabby Trendy Kreations is after my neices and nephew Sara, Travis and Keltan.  Everything else is pieces of me.  I love old skelton keys and if they were so darn expensive I would be collecting them.  Stupid Lamb well I actually did that design for a friend but I just love it so I wanted to make sure it was included.  I love the rustic embellishment at the bottom.  That represents my appreciation for things of the past.  The background is like a watercolor painting.  I have never painted buy my Mam Maw did and I really want to take lessons and give it a try.  She was self taught and was so very talented.  I just love how it turned out.  It is amazing sometimes I can sit and look at a blank canvas, ie computer screen/photoshop, and get nothing done because nothing seems to fit together.  Then there are days like today.  Everything just fell into place.  Don't you just love the saying that I spotted on another blog?  I thought it was perfect.  Creativity is allowing yourself to make mistakes.  Art is knowing which ones to keep.

Harry Potter 9am-Midnight

Trying to catch up we did a Harry Potter marathon yesterday and finally seeing Deathly Hallow Part 1. So excited.

Harry Potter Marathon

We have been watching Harry Potter all day trying to catch up for the big premiere this week. Watching the Half Blood Prince and have Deathly Hallows Part 1 ready to watch. I have to admit I have really enjoyed these movies more than I thought I would.
